D2D IT Services LLC
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and services.
This document includes terms for Government Customers and Commercial Customers, plus our Security & Compliance policy.
Government Customers
Federal, State, and Local Agencies (including GSA orders)
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all government purchases, including those under GSA MAS Contract # 47QTCA24D001X.
2. Use of Services
- Must be an authorized government representative for procurement activities.
- Information provided must be accurate, complete, and current.
- No unlawful or unauthorized procurement activities are permitted.
3. Sales & Payment Terms
- Quote Validity: 15 days unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted Payment Methods: GPC (no processing fees), ACH, IPP, WAWF, FEDPAY, PIEE.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 as applicable under FAR 32.905.
- Tax Exemption: Federal agencies are exempt under FAR 52.229-1. State/local may require exemption documentation.
- Order Processing: Processed per applicable government contract terms, including FAR 52.212-4 where applicable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- FOB Destination unless otherwise stated per FAR 52.247-34.
- Delivery times depend on availability and manufacturer lead times.
- Tracking details provided upon shipment.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- Non-defective returns: Eligible subject to a 20%–30% restocking fee.
- Return window: Within 30 calendar days of invoice date.
- GSA purchases: May have different restrictions per contract terms.
- Defective products: Report within 30 days of delivery; replacement subject to manufacturer warranty.
6. Compliance & Certifications
Products sold under our GSA MAS contract comply with applicable requirements, including:
- TAA: 19 U.S.C. § 2501–2581
- BAA: FAR 52.225-1
- FAR/DFARS requirements as applicable
7. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect damages, downtime, or losses due to delays/defects.
- No liability for carrier delays, lead times, or product unavailability.
- Procurement decisions must follow applicable GSA/FAR guidance.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by federal procurement laws and FAR/DFARS regulations. Disputes handled per FAR Subpart 33.2.
9. Changes to Terms
D2D IT Services LLC may update these terms without prior notice. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Commercial Customers
Private sector, resellers, and individual buyers
1. Agreement to Terms
By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Use of Services
- Must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- Information provided must be accurate, complete, and current.
- No fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.
3. Sales & Payment Terms
- Quote Validity: 7 days unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card (processing fees apply), ACH, Wire Transfer.
- Payment Terms: Full upfront payment required before order processing.
- Sales Tax: Charged where applicable; valid exemption certificate required if tax-exempt.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders processed only after payment is received.
- Shipping fees calculated separately unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery times vary based on availability and carrier delays.
- Tracking provided upon shipment.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- Non-defective returns: Unopened, original packaging only, within 15 days.
- Restocking fee: 20%–30% applies.
- Defective products: Report within 7 days; replacement subject to manufacturer warranty.
- Return shipping: Customer responsibility unless return is due to our error/defect.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
- Cancellation before shipment may be allowed at D2D’s discretion.
- Shipped orders cannot be canceled and follow the return policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for loss of profits/revenue due to delays/defects.
- No liability for carrier delays, lead times, or out-of-stock items.
- No liability for misuse/improper installation/damage after delivery.
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
D2D IT Services LLC may update these terms without prior notice. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Security & Compliance Policy
Secure communication and anti-fraud controls
To protect against spam and fraudulent activity, D2D IT Services LLC follows strict compliance standards:
- First-time inquiries may require approval before we respond.
- We may not respond to emails from unapproved domains.
- Quote requests should come from a business email domain (recommended) with valid SSL.
- We may not respond to free/public domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) that do not meet compliance requirements.
- We prioritize secure communication to protect both our customers and our company.
