We aim to keep federal procurement simple and compliant. Please review the policy below before initiating any return or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements are accepted within 30 days of the order date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
Procedure (RMA Required)
To initiate a return or replacement, email sales@d2dis.com with your order number and reason. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Submit RMA Form
Include: Order # + Reason + Photos (if applicable)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds, Replacements & Restocking
  • Non-defective returns may be eligible for a refund and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%–30%.
  • Return requests should be submitted within 2 weeks of the invoice date.
  • Items purchased under GSA contracts may have different return restrictions per contract terms.
  • Defective products must be reported within 2 weeks of delivery. Replacements are subject to manufacturer warranty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time. For replacements, we ship the new item after the returned item is received and verified.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including (but not limited to) software, digital downloads, and customized products.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item within 2 weeks of the order date, contact sales@d2dis.com immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Commercial Customers (Limited / Website Reference Only)
D2D IT Services is primarily focused on supporting U.S. government customers. If a commercial order is accepted, returns are generally:
  • Return window: Typically within 7 days of delivery (items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging).
  • RMA required: Email sales@d2dis.com to request an RMA before shipping anything back.
  • Fees & shipping: Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility and a 20%–30% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
  • Non-returnable: Software/licenses, digital items, special orders, and customized items are non-returnable.
  • Damage/DOA: Report within 48 hours with photos/video for review.
