Eligibility for Returns and Replacements:
Returns and replacements are only accepted within 30 days of the order date.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Procedure for Returns and Replacements:
To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer service team at sales@d2dis.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. RMA Form
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Replacements:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
For replacements, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and verified.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns for non-defective items may be eligible for a refund, subject to a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 30%.
- Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
- Products purchased under GSA contracts may have different return restrictions per contract terms.
- Defective Products – Must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Replacement is subject to manufacturer warranty.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to software, digital downloads, and customized products.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item within 30 days of the order date, please contact us immediately at sales@d2dis.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

D2D IT Services – Commercial Customer’s Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original factory packaging (including all manuals, cables, accessories, and warranty cards).
- Free from any signs of wear, tampering, or damage.
- Any product not returned in original, resellable condition may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee (20–30%).
Procedure for Returns and Replacements
- To initiate a return, email sales@d2dis.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Supporting evidence (photos/videos if product is defective or damaged).
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions.
- Items returned without an RMA will be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- Incorrect product shipped by D2D IT Services
- Manufacturer defect verified upon inspection
A trackable shipping method with insurance is required. D2D IT Services is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method only.
- Chargebacks / payment disputes filed before following the RMA process will void eligibility for refunds.
- Replacements will only be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Software, licenses, and digital products
- Customized or special-order items
- Open-box electronics, networking equipment, or storage devices
- Any product showing signs of misuse, tampering, or serial number removal
Defective or Damaged Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos).
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund per manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
To protect against return fraud and abuse, D2D IT Services reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns from customers with a history of excessive returns, disputes, or chargebacks.
- Charge up to a 30% restocking fee for returns deemed non-compliant.
- Report fraudulent activity (e.g., returning different or used items) to law enforcement and payment processors (PayPal, credit card companies, etc.).
