We procure through vetted OEMs and authorized distributors to ensure product authenticity, full warranty eligibility, and traceable chain-of-custody for all networking hardware, servers, and peripherals.
Order Assurance & Traceability
Every order follows our ISO-controlled procedures:
Quote and PO validation
TAA/Origin verification (when applicable)
Serial/lot capture and asset records
Acceptance criteria and inspection prior to installation
Regulatory & Contract Compliance
We align with applicable FAR/DFARS, TAA, and customer-specified requirements, and provide supporting documentation (e.g., CoO/TAA attestations, datasheets, manufacturer warranties). Where required, we support Section 508/VPAT documentation for covered items.
Logistics & Installation
We manage end-to-end logistics staging, shipping, delivery coordination, and on-site installation. Our teams perform rack/stack, network cutovers, equipment replacements, and decom/haul-away as scoped, following approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
Post-Installation Support & RMAs
We provide post-install verification and handover documentation (asset lists, serials, configs as applicable). Warranty/RMA cases are handled through authorized channels with clear turnaround targets and communication.
